Adela has been a member of Hendricks Appraisal Services since 2005. Currently as the Office Manager, she oversees the Help Desk plus Customer Relations. Adela possesses many years of industry related experience in the mortgage and banking industry through previous employment with local, as well as, national top ten banks and mortgage companies. Her experience is a culmination of office management, loan processing, closing coordinator and appraisal management. Adela was introduced to the mortgage industry in 1998 as an assistant processor of a San Antonio based mortgage brokerage company and eventually graduated to office manager with her primary focus on customer relations and appraisal management. As the office manager for Hendricks Appraisal Services her primary duties are the preparation and tracking of the appraisal assignments, scheduling, notifications and compliance from receipt to delivery. In addition to her many responsibilities, she is also the point of contact for all aspects of account receivables. With over fifteen years in customer relations, Adela is astute in our client’s needs and financial responsibilities. In most cases Adela will be the first point of contact and direct all telephone calls to the right person. She is always ready and willing to answer all of your calls and questions.
